Autumn Birds

Come search for fall migrating birds at Standley Lake! Feel free to bring binoculars and a field guide to help identify our flying visitors. You will get to touch a heron nest and hopefully see our resident bald eagles from a spotting scope. Go on a 1-mile hike and see how some of these birds survive and understand why most of them are just passing through. Dress appropriately. You may want to bring warmer clothes and water.
