Event Description:

See some of the rarest bats in the world, up-close and personal in this one-of-a-kind educational program. Imagine meeting the Malayan flying fox, the largest bat in the world with a 6-foot wingspan! You will also meet the endangered golden bat and many more beautiful species. Don't miss this fascinating show for all ages presented by Rob Mies, Director of the Organization for Bat Conservation at Michigan's Cranbrook Institute of Science. OBC's live bat programs have won many awards and are a truly unique experience. Rob and his bats have even been on TV with Martha Stewart. If you've never met a real bat face to face, this will be a night to remember.
