Event Description:
Birds have enchanted humankind for thousands of years. In this program, you'll learn to use field guides, binoculars and observation skills to become familiar with common area birds and get started in this easy hobby. Program is held at South Platte Park, with an intro in the classroom and time in the field using your new skills!
Open to ages 12 and up. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a registered adult.
What to Bring: Be prepared for the weather the day of the program. Bring binoculars and a field guide if you have them. Loaners are available.
