Event Description:

Join us for a campfire talk and activity about nocturnal animals. We will discuss some of the nocturnal animals that live in the Boyd Lake area including bats, owls, badgers, coyotes, mink, raccoons and more. After the talk, we will have the opportunity to dissect owl pellets to see what owls at Boyd Lake State Park consume, followed by a short nature walk to hear what creatures come awake at night! Wear closed toed shoes for the nature walk, camp chairs, blankets, and water, marshmallows will be provided.
