Event Description:

The CH2M HILL Spring RiverSweep is our biannual riverside volunteer event. Gather your friends, family, group, or co-workers to help make our rivers cleaner, safer, and more beautiful. Volunteer groups will help with numerous projects including trash removal, crusher-fine based trail construction, painting, graffiti removal, tree protection, willow harvesting or relocation and more. Register for the adult Spring RiverSweep to participate in four hours of volunteer projects, followed by lunch and giveaway prizes. Register young children for the family Spring RiverSweep to participate in one hour of volunteer projects, followed by lunch, giveaway prizes, and fun activities with our education team.

What to Bring: REQUIRED - Signed volunteer waiver for each volunteer (see registration website) - Sturdy close-toed shoes - Approriate clothing for weather and work - Adult chaperone for all children RECOMMENDED - Filled water bottle - Sunscreen - Work gloves - Hat

Location Details: This spring we have two registration options for our RiverSweep. At Fishback Landing Park (950 Water St.) we will host adult volunteers along the Cherry Creek and South Platte River. At Johnson-Habitat Park (610 So. Jason St.) we will host young children and their families to volunteer along the South Platte River. Check out the website for additional event and location details!
