Event Description:

Firescaping for Colorado Homes
January 19 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

2012 was a year that saw dramatic and devastating Western fires sweep across the landscape, and tragically, some of them reached homes. We’re opening 2013 with an interdisciplinary symposium that addresses western landscapes, homes and the real-world lessons from recent history. Experts from different fields of study will show you that anyone’s landscape can be attractive, low maintenance and fire resistant if you design your landscape to defend your home.

What to Bring: Bring a notebook if you'd like to take notes. Lunch is not included: bring your own or purchase lunch at Offshoots.
