Event Description:
Denver GPAA Chapter meeting will be June 8th, 2013 at 10AM. Everyone is welcome, you don't have to be a GPAA member to join High Plains Prospectors. The club is FREE to join. We will be learning about competition speed panning in conjunction with the state panning championships June 28-30, 2013. Come learn to pan or practice your panning on our patio. We have panning stations setup. We will have pot luck BBQ, we provide the burgers and brats, bring something to share if you can. This is a great way to meet new prospecting buddies, gain knowledge from experienced prospectors and miners, and have a fun family outing. No RSVP necessary, just show up!
What to Bring: Bring a gold pan if you have one. If not, we have loaners or you can purchase a nice pan in the store. Bring something to share for the BBQ potluck if you can. Mostly, just bring yourself and experience a fun outing.
