Event Description:

Become a leader in your community, volunteer on restoration projects, meet new friends, eat free food, build your resume and spend time outside!

WHAT: Become a trained Crew Leader for WRV through hands-on instruction in outdoor leadership, restoration ecology techniques, and how to manage volunteers.

WHO: Youth ages 14-18******

WHEN:
Wednesday and Thursday June 19 & 20 - 4-8 p.m. (Boulder)
Saturday & Sunday June 22 & 23 - full day (Echo Lake)

COST: $100 program fee with a $25 refund upon completion, FULL SCHOLARSHIPS and assistance available!

This High School Crew Leader Training will be held in conjunction with the adult Crew Leader Training at Echo Lake and Red Rocks, with the addition of the two evenings of trainings in Boulder, designed just for teens!

What to Bring: Bring work clothes, sturdy shoes, appropriate outerwear, a notebook and pen, and a water bottle! Snacks, coffee, and lunch provided - extra water on site on 22nd and 23rd to refill your bottles. We will send you all of the information you need when you register!!
