Event Description:

An exclusive opportunity to hike the Sanctuary Golf Course brought to you by The Wildlife Experience.

Many folks have heard about this prestigious golf course in Douglas County and wondered what it is like. Now is your chance to find out! We are proud to offer the opportunity to explore this local treasure. Hike or jog the cart paths and enjoy the beauty of the high plains while taking in spectacular views of the Front Range.

9:00 am – Hike the entire Golf Course – 7 miles, self-guided only
10:00 am – 9 holes only – 3.5 miles, guided hike available
11:00 am – 4 hole loop – 2 miles, guided hike available

The course is very hilly. Be prepared for some steep terrain. The 4 hole loop option is the least difficult with only moderate climbs. Young children are welcome but we recommend registering for the shorter distance hike or bringing a stroller or backpack child carrier.
