Join a native seed collection on November 2

While many native species drop their seed by October, there are a few important species that will hold on later into the fall. Boulder County Parks and Open Space staff would like to try one more collection in November. Trained staff will continuously monitor seed development, so the exact location will be determined about a week before the project date. In years to come, seeds will be used in ecological restoration projects on Boulder county open space properties. This project runs from 1:00pm-4:00pm. Minimum age is 8 with adult supervision.
