Little Thompson Flood Restoration

Get outdoors and give back with Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado as we work to restore areas along the Little Thompson River in Berthoud, just north of Longmont. In 2013, the Little Thompson River experienced a catastrophic flood event leaving infrastructures and wildlife habitat in need of repair. Volunteers will work to remove flood debris along the river corridor where accumulated materials threaten significant damage to downstream resources and habitat.
