Event Description:

The seasons are changing! Join us as we explore Hudson Gardens to find signs of plants and animals that are getting ready for the winter. We will learn all about why some leaves turn colors and drop in the fall, why frogs don’t freeze in the ponds during the winter, and why some birds have no problem surviving in a frosty environment!

Cost is $6/child (member), $7/child (non- member), ages 5-10. Each child must be accompanied by a guardian, which is included in the program fee. Additional adults: $1.50/member, $2/non-member. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Call the Education Department at (303) 797-8565 ext. 306 or visit shop.hud songardens.org to register.

Please check in at the Gift Shop at least five minutes prior to the start of the program. All programs will be held outdoors, rain or shine, so please dress for the weather.
