Event Description:

Not all birds fly south for the winter! Join us on a hike of Hudson Gardens and our winter bird feeders as we search for the birds that call Colorado ‘home’ all year ‘round. We will then escape indoors to drink hot cocoa and to learn more about how these birds survive the winter and why some birds migrate to warmer climates.

Cost is $6/child (member), $7/child (non- member), ages 5-10. Each child must be accompanied by a guardian, which is included in the program fee. Additional adults: $1.50/member, $2/non-member. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Call the Education Department at (303) 797-8565 ext. 306 or visit shop.hud songardens.org to register.

Please check in at the Gift Shop at least five minutes prior to the start of the program. All programs will be held outdoors, rain or shine, so please dress for the weather.
