Event Description:

Standley Lake has partnered with Nature's Educators to bring you a series of live animal educational programs. Due to the popularity of the programs, space is limited. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Did you know that many of the characters from the popular Pokemon games were inspired by real animals? During this unique program, learn about the real defense strategies animals use to protect themselves, find shelter, and find food. We will bring 5 animal ambassadors that have "characters" in the Pokemon games/shows. We will discuss natural history, stories, diets, habitats, conservation, and more! Children must be accompanied by an adult. All ages must register for this class through the City of Westminster's Activity Registration Webpage.

Park day entrance fee or pass required. Class is free! All ages. Class is limited to 50 spaces.
