Don’t let your fresh herbs go to waste this summer! Learn how your herb garden, no matter the size, can yield tasty herbal products for you to enjoy all year long. This course, taught by long-time member of the Herb Society of America Donna Shelley, will guide you through simple methods that will extend the life of your herbal harvest. We will explore various techniques that can be used to preserve the freshest flavors from herbs based on their unique needs. Your taste buds will thank you!
