Event Description:
If you are enrolled in ski or ride school at Loveland Ski Resort on February 9th, you have the opportunity to participate in the USFS Junior Snow Ranger Program! Ski and Ride schools will rotate through Ptarmigan Lodge and complete an activity from the Junior Snow Ranger Booklet. After completing the activity, the class will go outside and watch an avalanche rescue demonstration from Loveland SKi Patrol and avalanche rescue dogs.
What to Bring: Please come prepared with ski or snowboard equipment, or be prepared to rent. Participants must be enrolled in Loveland Ski School for the day. Event takes place at high altitude so proper clothing, nutrition and hydration is recommended.

Location Details: Loveland Ski Resort is just over an hour from the Denver Metro Area. Head west on I-70 and take Exit 216 then follow the signs to the base-are parking lot!
