Are you one of those people that loves to capture wildlife in the lens of a camera? Maybe you have taken hundreds of photographs, but you just can’t seem to get the animal to focus or the backdrop and light to dim out. You are not alone. People buy and use cameras every day, but few know what they can truly capture with a little bit of practice.
Professional photographer Dr. Joann Brennan will give you tips and tricks to capture that perfect shot. Brennan is the associate dean of the College of Arts & Media at University of Colorado Denver. She is a professor of Fine Arts and Photography, Guggenheim Fellow, and her photography has been exhibited at the Smithsonian and other fine art museums around the world.
Participants will get hands-on practice using the Globeology exhibit and live raptors brought to you by Nature’s Educators. If you have ever wanted to learn what it takes to capture that perfect animal shot then you can’t miss this workshop.
