Yoga & Kirtan in the Dark

Join the Highlands Ranch Metro District for an evening of blending two ancient practices, Yoga and Kirtan, in celebration of the Hunter's Moon. A one-hour practice with simple harmonium accompaniment will be followed by Kirtan, which blends ancient instruments, chimes and drums with your voice, to weave a tapestry of joyous vibrations.
