Thank you for celebrating the 5th annual National Get Outdoors Day in Denver's City Park!

This year over 8,000 kids and families attended the event to learn about how to get outside, get active and live healthy lifestyles. Participants enjoyed a visit from Mayor of Denver, Michael Hancock; - guest appearance by ColoradoRapids player Conor Casey; performances by the Quincy Ave. Rhythm band and the orphan circus. This year's event also featured the Adaptive Recreation Expo, the Expressive Arts Village and Junior Ranger Camp! It was a fantastic event and now, we are busily planning for next year.
