Astronomy at Bobcat Ridge: It’s a Bird, It’s a Plane…It’s the ISS!

Meet at the picnic shelter, 1/8 mile from the parking lot.
The International Space Station orbits the earth over 15 times per day, and can often be seen at night passing overhead in the sky. Hear more about this interesting space laboratory and find out how to know when to see it and other earth satellites at a brief program, followed by viewing with telescopes provided by the Northern Colorado Astronomical Society.
