Astronomy: Perseids Meteor Shower

Enjoy a brief family-friendly astronomy program at Bobcat Ridge about shooting stars". Skygazing follows to view the Perseids Meteor Shower. There will be no telescopes tonight, but we don't need them to see the meteor shower. Bring a blanket to lie on or a chair that leans back. Please arrive on time--the gate closes shortly after the program begins and parking is not allowed on the road outside the gate.
