The musical roots of Firefall run deep in the fertile soil and American folk and rock music; beginning with Woody Guthrie and Bob Dylan, evolving to The Byrds and Buffalo Springfield, and continuing on to Crosby, Stills and Nash, Neil Young, The Eagles, Dan Fogelberg, and yes, Firefall. Individually and collectively they created a sound that changed the world's musical landscape. Based in Boulder, Colorado, Firefall was one of the first bands to bring the creativity and musical richness of the Rocky Mountain area to the forefront of the industry.

The band transcends and embraces many industry labels - rock, hard rock, soft rock, country rock, easy listening, unplugged and contemporary country. The depth of the Firefall experience can be genuinely felt through their wealth of hits: You Are The Woman, Just Remember I Love You, Strange Way, Cinderella, Mexico, Good-bye, I Love You, Sweet and Sour, and countless others.
