Event Description:

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly: Garden Insects
Tuesday, June 17, 2014, 6-8 PM

The insect world found in your garden can be diverse and the critters abundant. But do you know how to distinguish destructive leaf-chewing insects from pollinators and other beneficial insects? Join Debbie Moody, Colorado Master Gardener, to develop a new understanding of the insects that visit your garden. You’ll learn to identify common pests and how to use Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and beneficial insects to your advantage.

Class will meet at The Inn at Hudson Gardens.

Registration: $21/member, $24/nonmember. Space is limited and advance registration is required. Call the Education Department at (303) 797-8565 ext. 306 or visit shop.hudsongardens.org to register.
