Greenway Leadership Corps Meeting

Greenway Leadership Corps (GLC) is a youth group in Denver for middle and high school students to learn more about the environment. Each month, there will be a meeting focused around a different environmental topic and a chance to meet guest speakers from the field. In addition, there will be an outdoor adventure around the city or in the mountains for an awesome new experience in nature. How does climate change affect my life? What can I do to reduce my carbon footprint? We will learn about the causes and effects of climate change and how Colorado has experienced climate-related events. We will then design a poster to be entered into the EPA's climate change poster contest! Bring your creativity and artistic talents to this meeting!
