Event Description:

Don't let cool weather get you down...stand up and paddle your way to fitness! Join us at the pool as we use the stand up paddleboards for a fitness routine that focuses on balance, stabilization, core, and strenth exercises.
Saturday Classes are SUP Flexibility
Tuesday/Thursday Classes alternate between SUP bootcamp and SUP core classes
