Event Description:

How do we know what dinosaurs looked like, all those years ago? Come use the tools and techniques to examine real fossils and figure out how dinosaurs roamed the Standley Lake. We will determine what might have covered their skin—scales, feathers, or nothing at all! You will then design your own prehistoric home to help you survive the age of the dinosaurs. Class is free! (Park pass required). Ages 6-8. Limited to 10 spaces.

What to Bring: Please wear appropriate clothing for weather and sturdy shoes.
