Event Description:

Looking for a way to get your kids outside and active this summer while you are at work? Don't want them to stop learning just because it's summer? Then SPREE (South Platte River Environmental Education) Summer Camp is for you!

We have 9 unique weeks of camp at three spectacular locations! Each week has a unique theme tied to The South Platte River and our urban waterways. Activities, games, and crafts are tied to the theme and allow campers to engage with and learn about their environment while having fun.

Who: Campers entering 1st through 5th grade in Fall 2017

When: We offer week-long day camps. Camps run Monday through Friday from June 5th through August 11th, from 8:00AM* to 6PM.
*Please note our camp hours have changed from previous years

​ 8:00AM - 9AM Flexible drop-off time, free explore and craft time
9AM - 3PM Planned activities and adventures by the river
3PM - 6PM Flexible drop-off time, free explore and craft time

SPREE Headquarters at Johnson-Habitat Park, 610 S Jason St, Denver 80223 ($240)

Location Details: Campers will be guided in exploring the Cherry Creek at our newest summer camp location, based out of Joe Shoemaker School in southeast Denver.
